Through my involvement in the Bunjana’s business, I learned the importance of teamwork and effective communication in managing group tasks. Clear task distribution and joint planning helped ensure that activities such as product preparation, sales, and customer service were carried out in an organized manner. This experience also strengthened my sense of responsibility toward my assigned role and my appreciation of each team member’s contribution.

In addition, effective communication with customers and teammates helped address challenges such as time management and task coordination. Customer feedback provided valuable guidance for improving service quality. Overall, this experience made me more disciplined, resilient, and mature in decision-making, while strengthening my ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Throughout the sales activities for the entrepreneurship course assignment, I gained valuable experience in managing buying and selling activities as well as interacting with customers. This experience enhanced my self-confidence, communication skills, and awareness of the importance of discipline and honesty in business. The activity also helped me understand the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and the real challenges faced in the business world.

Through my business experience, I have learned to manage finances more discipline­dly and to understand the importance of customer satisfaction. Despite facing challenges such as competition and time pressure, I have become more resilient and responsible in making decisions. This experience has strengthened my communication skills and enhanced my competitiveness in the business environment. 

My participation in the Unimaspreneur Entrepreneurship Carnival provided me with valuable experience, as I learned practical skills such as communicating with customers, managing time, and calculating costs and profits through the sale of buns. The positive response received boosted my self-confidence and made me aware of the importance of product quality and effective promotional strategies. Despite facing challenges such as stock management, this experience fostered an entrepreneurial mindset, a sense of responsibility, and early exposure to the world of business within myself. 

Before enrolling at UNIMAS, I had prior experience running a small business by selling food at a weekend market, which exposed me to basic customer service, daily sales management, and handling profits and costs through hands-on practice. However, my understanding at that time was largely practical and lacked structured theoretical knowledge. Through this course, I gained clearer insights into business fundamentals, planning, strategies, and ethics, which helped me view entrepreneurship in a more systematic way. In the group business project, I was responsible for managing customer relationships by communicating effectively, handling inquiries and feedback, and maintaining customer satisfaction professionally. This experience highlighted the importance of teamwork and clear task distribution in ensuring smooth business operations, as well as showing that small-scale ventures have strong potential to grow when supported by proper knowledge, planning, and collaboration.

Business involvement has shown that I gained valuable experience in management, communication, and decision-making. Through this business venture, I learned to manage finances more responsibly and to understand the importance of customer satisfaction. Despite facing challenges such as competition and time constraints, this experience helped shape a stronger sense of responsibility, resilience, and competitiveness. 

Through the experience of running a business in a group, I realized that in any business involving many individuals, each member must clearly understand their respective roles and scope of responsibilities. Clear task distribution helps prevent confusion, enhances work efficiency, and supports the business in growing in a more effective and organized manner.

In addition, through learning in this MPU course, I have come to understand that even a business that starts on a small scale and from nothing has the potential to grow significantly if it is managed with proper knowledge, planning, and strategic direction. The business knowledge acquired has also trained me to think more systematically, to be disciplined, and to uphold ethical principles in business management. In conclusion, knowledge and strong teamwork are key factors in ensuring the success and sustainability of a business.
